Report an Ethics Concern
If any Midis Group employee or stakeholder discovers any violation of the Midis Group Code of Conduct, internal guidelines, principles, policies, and/or applicable laws and regulations, they are encouraged to report their concerns and seek guidance.
Reports are treated with utmost confidentiality and can be submitted anonymously. Every report is taken seriously, and we promptly review and investigate all raised concerns and alleged violations as necessary.

Employees and stakeholders can also raise their concern directly to their contact person(s) at Midis Group.
Our Policy of No Retaliation
The Group ensures that no retaliation is taken against persons who have reported in good faith information or allegations concerning violations or who will participate in the resulting investigations.
Non-retaliation ensures that if you report a concern in good faith, you cannot face any negative employment consequences, such as termination, demotion, suspension, or loss of benefits, due to the report. With respect to external stakeholders, such actions include negative changes to their relationship with Midis Group including termination of a contract.
