HP and Southcomp Polaris sponsor winning cycle race team in Burkina Faso

HP and Southcomp Polaris sponsored their partner and local re-seller Bessel Equipement during a 140km cycle race organized in Burkina Faso by the country’s National Fund for the Promotion of Sport and Recreation, locally abbreviated to FNPSL, the Fonds National pour la Promotion du Sport et des Loisirs.

88 riders from 33 clubs in the country were on the starting line for the race on September 22, which finished under a blazing sun on the Avenue Charles de Gaulle in Ouagadougou. After 3 hours, 31 minutes and 17 seconds, with an average of 37.747 km/h, it was Paul Daumont of AS Bessel Equipement, Southcomp’s sponsored team, who crossed the finish line first.

Sponsoring the winner gave Pierre Zarazir, Sales Manager of Southcomp Polaris, who was present at the event, a great chance to talk on Burkina Faso Television about his satisfaction at seeing his team come first.
