Midis Group’s Husni Hammoud is one of several leading experts who talked to Network Middle East about security hotspots to look out for in 2020. ‘2020: The Year In Cybersecurity’ is in the January edition of the magazine, and explores what are expected to be the key pinch points for security as the new decade starts.

In his interview, Husni suggested his concerns focus around fake news; social engineering and targeted disinformation; security in smart cities; weaponization of machine learning; securing of digital transformation, and data privacy.

Husni Hammoud is the Managing Director of Ivanti Middle East, ESET Middle East, and Barracuda Networks Middle East, CEE and Turkey.
