iSTYLE opens new store at Iulius Mall in Cluj, Romania

iSTYLE, the most important Apple Retailer in Romania, opened its eleventh store in the country, on February 29, 2020, within the Iulius Mall shopping center in Cluj. The launch consolidates the retailer’s position as a local leader in selling Apple products and solutions in dedicated locations.

By opening the second store in the city, iSTYLE brings products from its portfolio and the experience of its specialists even closer to Cluj-Napoca. The city is one of the most dynamic economies in Romania and an academic, cultural and industrial center.

Located in the main atrium of Iulius Mall, the new iSTYLE store is compact, with a simple and efficient design, and the familiar Apple products mix, premium accessories and customer services which have become the brand’s emblem.

2019 was a record year for iSTYLE Retail with 30% annual growth and a team exceeding 80 qualified employees. The next iSTYLE project in Romania is an upgrade of the Brasov location that should be relocated in a new shopping center to open in May 2020.

Within the Cluj-Napoca store, the interface with the Apple ecosystem and technologies is provided by a team of five certified specialists, including one Apple Expert, who individually guides visitors to identify the best choice, helps them realize the initial configurations of devices, suggest the most appropriate accessories, and provide them with all the assistance they need to get started quickly.

In the new retail site, early customers were able to test Apple’s latest technology and products live, such as the ultra-performance iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max models, the new 16-inch MacBook Pro, the most powerful portable Mac of all time, or Apple Watch Series 5 with cellular connection – the smartwatch that allows you to leave your phone at home more often. Also, they benefited from special price offers on a selection of products and enjoyed other surprises and gifts.

To facilitate the purchase of products, iSTYLE offers flexible financing options for individuals, in partnership with several banks, as well as a trade-in program that allows customers to quickly and easily exchange their current laptop, phone or tablet with another product.
