iSTYLE opens the first Apple Premium Partner store in CEE region at Chodov in the Czech Republic
New store offers double the sales area and delivers a completely new level of customer service
iSTYLE opened a unique Apple flagship store concept in Chodov, Prague, on October 14. The new Apple Premium Partnership (APP) store is a major milestone for the Czech market; the concept of the store is inspired by the iconic Apple store experience and delivers a completely new level of customer service. Compared to the previous iSTYLE store at Westfield Chodov, it offers double the sales area and many other innovations.
The new store is located on the ground floor in the most frequented area of Westfield Chodov Shopping Mall. With a retail space of more than 250 sqm, customers can explore a large showroom with many products to try, professionally trained staff, and an express authorized service of Apple products available to customers directly from the shop floor.
“I believe that a visit to the new Apple flagship store will be a real experience for our customers. iSTYLE was at the birth of the first Apple stores in the Czech Republic and we are proud that we can now take our partnership another significant step forward,” adds Vít Goluch, Regional Manager of iSTYLE for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, which until now held the status of Apple Premium Reseller.
A new level of customer experience and support for small and medium-sized businesses
The new level of partnership will bring a fundamental shift in the overall customer experience. Inspired by the Apple Store concept, the shop fittings are from suppliers that work directly with the Apple brand elsewhere. The modular stone floor thus comes from Italy, the designer rounded tables from the USA and other conceptual furniture from Germany. The entire store will be ready to operate in the near future, even without a physical cash register, as an improvement for the customer experience.
The Apple Premium Partner store concept also includes regular training and open workshops for the public. The topics of the first courses, which will take place already in October, will be ‘Working with macOS for beginners,’ ‘Tips and tricks for advanced Mac users’, and ‘Getting started with the iPhone.’ The courses will be conducted by Martin Světlík, a long-time Apple user and creator of the website prvnimac.cz. Customers can register online for the free workshops.
At the same time, iSTYLE will focus even more on meeting the needs of entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized companies. There will always be staff trained in the specifics of the use of Apple devices in companies and knowledgeable in the field of financing company hardware at the store.
Ten stores and four more APPs in preparation
iSTYLE currently has a network of 10 stores in the Czech Republic, in Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Ústí nad Labem. In the first half of next year, the company plans to open three new stores with the highest APP status, which will be created by the reconstruction of existing branches in the Palladium Praha, Brno Vaňkovka and Centrum Černý Most centers. In the second half of next year, a brand new APP store will also be opened in the upcoming building near Masaryk station.
