JBS becomes first Cisco partner in MENAL & Gulf to achieve WebEx CC certificate
Jordan Business Systems has been a Cisco Partner for more than 15 years
Jordan Business Systems (JBS) has recently become the first and so far, the only, Cisco partner in MENAL & Gulf to achieve WebEx CC certification. The announcement on May 19, 2022, was confirmed by the issuing of a certificate of achievement from Cisco.
“This was a great team effort, we are very pleased to have achieved this leading and specialized technology role across the region” said Amer Alshaer, Senior Technical Engineer at JBS. By achieving the WebEx Contact Center Specialization, JBS has demonstrated that it is qualified to provide an advanced cloud-based contact center solution.
According to Cisco, ‘the goal of the Cisco WebEx Contact Center Specialization Program is to build programs with prescribed requirements for validation and identification of our Cisco channel partners and to develop the global market opportunity for advanced and emerging technology solutions through qualified Cisco channel partners.’
Back in 2020, JBS became the first Cisco Gold Partner in Jordan and Palestine to be awarded ‘Cisco Customer Experience Specialization.’
