Jordan Business Systems wins award from Diebold Nixdorf and achieves Gold partnership
JBS is now a key business partner of IBM, Cisco, Diebold Nixdorf, Lenovo, Palo Alto and Panduit in Jordan and Palestine.
Jordan Business Systems (JBS) achieved two major successes with Diebold Nixdorf during September 2022 by reaching gold partnership status and winning a key partnership award.
The Gold partnership status follows recent continuous development and growth and a long and successful business relationship with Diebold Nixdorf – JBS has been working on ATM & self-service banking solutions since 2005. The company worked on multiple key projects with DN culminating recently with the HBTF & Capital Bank ATM Modernization project along with the Capital Bank Kiosk Project. This was a major undertaking to enrich the bank’s brand and image with new and agile banking services.
The second success occurred when DN awarded JBS their Best Bank Transformation Partner Award for 2021/2022 after the successful deployment of banking transformation projects using DN software technology. Moreover, JBS implemented the first smart self-service machines in Jordan based on DN Vynamic technology.
JBS implemented modernization for ATMs using VCP Pro enabling the banks to offer new services to customers through ATMs in an agile and fast way in addition to having a seamless user experience with better interface and card-less services. The company is also implementing a Kiosk Self-Service project with Capital Bank which will deliver market-leading branch transformation services in Jordan and across the wider region.
