MDS Computers Technical Systems awarded prestigious Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller status

MDS Computers Technical Systems (MDS CTS), part of MDS Computers UAE, has been awarded Apple’s highest partner status: Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller (AAER), making them the only reseller in the MEA to be accredited to this status.

As an AAER, MDS CTS will have priority access to all of Apple’s innovative new products. This means they will receive inventory on new products before any other reseller, ensuring that their customers are among the first to own the newest releases from Apple. MDS CTS is now also in a position to offer the best rates on Apple devices in the UAE as compared to any competitor.

The appointment of MDS CTS as an AAER builds on an existing relationship between the two companies that has seen the former operate as an Apple Authorised System Integrator and Apple Authorized Solution Provider for the past five years. The AAER accreditation recognizes MDS’s investment in Apple-related solutions and service propositions, and recognition of standing as leaders in digital workplace transformation.

Achieving ‘Enterprise Reseller’ status required significant investments which included setting up an Apple Practice team, a dedicated help-desk support service, collaboration with industry-leading partners and launching of specialized services to be able to cater to Enterprises of all sizes.

As part of achieving and maintaining the AAER status, MDS CTS has launched new comprehensive solutions and services such as a Mac Employee Choice Program, MDSCare, MDSDeploy, MDSManage, and MDSDaaS, along with various thought-out affordability solutions like Trade-in, Lease and Framework agreements.
