MDS Site & Power granted a fourth ISO Certification in Business Continuity Management Systems
ISO 22301:2019 will be implemented and maintained across the organization - not only as a requirement but as part of the organization’s culture
MDS Site & Power has been granted a fourth ISO Certification in Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) 22301:2019. This important ISO standard shows that the company has demonstrated and understands the key processes before, during and after an incident or a disaster.
In September 2021 the company achieved two other key ISO standards, to add to their existing ISO 9001 (Quality management) mark.
The aim of the BCMS standard, in more detail, is to protect people, property and company assets. Organizations oftentimes misjudge the importance of business continuity management – MDS Site and Power Management is eager and committed to ensure that it will be embedded into the company’s culture.
“It was achieved through teamwork and effort from all departments working together and sharing critical information to come up with a plan to achieve the certification and the documentation necessary to meet the standards” said Khaled Nehme, Projects Director for MDS Site and Power.
“Obtaining this new standard is another company milestone that we can be proud of as an organization, it helps us acquire new knowledge and advantage moving forwards across all our lines of business. ISO 22301:2019 will be implemented and maintained across the organization, not only as a requirement but as part of the organization’s culture” added Khaled Nehme.
