MDS System Integration announces acquisition of MAALOOMATIIA ARABIAN GULF TRADING L.L.C (MAG)

MDS System Integration has completed the acquisition of MAALOOMATIIA ARABIAN GULF TRADING L.L.C (MAG). Maaloomatiia is a regional leader specializing in data-driven digital transformation for enterprises.
Established in 2012 and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with additional operations in Lebanon and India, MAG today has over 40 professionals in Data Consultancy, Data Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Data Monetization. The MAG team provides trusted and valued advise to over 80 customers in the MENA region spanning key industry domains like Banking, Telecom, Public Sector, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Education and Transportation.
Commenting on the acquisition, Sami Abi Esber, President of MDS System Integration said, “The acquisition of MAG comes as yet another milestone in strengthening our ability as a group to help customers with their digital transformation journeys. On January 1, 2023, MAG will effectively become fully owned by MAGNOOS Information Systems (MAGNOOS), and will operate under the management of Michael Halas, Managing Partner of MAGNOOS.
