MDSap and Finecus Co-Sponsor Risk Managers Association annual Risk Day and News Year’s Celebration in Istanbul
Senior cybercrime expert invited to talk about Big Data and law enforcement
MDSap and Finecus – both Midis Group companies – have sponsored the 2019 Risk Managers Association’s annual Risk Day and New Year’s Celebration at Sait Halim Paşa Mansion in Istanbul. Every year all the risk management professionals in Turkey attend the event, which also includes an awards ceremony for Risk Manager of the Year.
MDSap co-hosted the event with Finecus, as well as the SAP OEM team and the Wolters Kluwer Financial Services team. The event had all-time-record registration and attendance with 190 people enjoying the occasion.
Zeynep Aydin Demirkiran, Head of Risk Management at QNB Finansbank, is the President of the Risk Management Association and the President of the Association of Risk Managers, and began the event with a welcome speech. She was followed by Ekrem Kilic, General Manager of Finecus; Ozan Tüzünalper, Marketing Development Director at Wolters Kluwer, and Nesrin Demirci, General Manager of MDSap.
The highlight of the event was the attendance and speech of Mr. Seyit Ahmet Dikici, the Vice President of The Turkish National Police Cybercrime Department. In his speech he shared his experiences on Big Data practices within the department. MDSap supported The Turkish National Police Cybercrime Department’s Big Data Analysis project, one of the most prestigious project opportunities of this past year in the country.
